Position Description:
The National Commission for Catholic Education in Albania (NCCEA) is a dedicated organization committed to promoting general and moral education based on the values and teachings of the Catholic Church. We are seeking a qualified expert in the field of inclusive education to strengthen our dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development, assessment, and implementation of inclusive education strategies in Catholic education settings.
Preparation and support of training sessions for teachers and school staff on inclusive education practices and methods within the Catholic context.
Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of inclusive education programs in Catholic schools.
Collaboration with Catholic educational institutions and other organizations to enhance cooperation and support for inclusive education.
Development and implementation of policies and procedures for inclusive education in Catholic education settings.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrable work experience in the field of inclusive education, ideally within the context of Catholic education.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Documented organizational and managerial abilities.
Experience in designing and implementing training sessions and workshops for school staff.
